[EHPweb] ehpmaster user accounts accounts

Chris, others,
Yes! I have to use that account to manually delete ShakeMaps that are in 
error from public web servers. So far we have no way to do it 
automatically and I must use that account.

You can delete 'shake' on ehpmaster.
