[EHPweb] Login to ehpdevel

All,

I am in the process of setting up SVN authentication.  In doing so, I will 
need anyone who does NOT have an account on ehpdevel to please let me know 
and I will create one for you.  Your server password will be the password 
that you will use for SVN authentication.  SVN cannot be utilized using 
"shared" accounts.  i.e. quake, shake, etc.
