[EHPweb] IT wants to block a Layer3 IP number - does anyone use Layer3?

Hi Guys,

Just got a call from Eric Tofsrud in Sacramento.  They'd like to block  
an IP number that belongs to Layer3 (a company like Akamai) that is  
hosting a website (Encita Technologies) that is doing very aggressive  
data mining which has crashed a USGS server.

The IP number is:   65.90.33.15

Eric was concerned that this might disrupt some USGS functions,  
although I don't know anyone in USGS who uses Layer3.  If you know of  
someone, please contact Eric with that information.
