[EHPweb] zabbix messages

Hi all!

As I'm sure you're aware (at least simpons, emartinez, zirbes, and lisa), 
zabbix has been sending messages IRT apache being down on ens1.  The 
problem was this:  once the message was queued and trigger run, I disabled 
the action, unfortunately, the messages were already set and they wouldn't 
stop until that trigger alarm went off. 

In the meantime.  I've removed the four of you from the group until I 
resolve the issue.
