Ray et al,

ehptage.cr.usgs.gov is now racked up down in the dev lab.

Now we(I) need to ensure that all the required firewall policies are 
working properly.

The first one I've tested is mysql replication.  It is not working between 
ehpmaster and ehpstage.  This is what it needs:
