[EHPweb] ehp2 and ehp3 issue

I think I know what it is. This must have occurred when I upgrade php to
5.2.6. I need to recompile with the config-file-path right after my
configure command. I know it sounds corny, but there is a switch later on
that negates the config-file-path later on and I'm not sure off hand which
switch it is. But I'll get that running and let you know when it's
resolved.

Hi Scott,
The php.ini file has an option called "auto_prepend_file"
that is
"include_once"'d when the PHP parser starts up (before any page
runs). I checked and the php.ini file at:
                 /usr/local/apache/conf/php.ini

still has the proper include file (functions.inc.php) listed, but it
does in fact seem like the file is not being included. I restarted
apache with no change. I'm not sure if some one else has recently
modified the apache or php configuration on the servers, but that may
be the problem.

I'm hoping some one knows something because I otherwise don't know
what is going on.

~Eric.
