Hi,
I need to use the timezone like GMT+8 in event.xml, however when I used
the GMT+8 or UTC+8 in the event.xml, it complaints "GMT+8" is an invalid
offset, and the program terminated in grind.
The shakemap guide, which says that the timezone can use the
abbreviations like GMT,PST,PDT,Not mentions some other abbreviations of
timezones that can be used.
what should i do if i use the time of GMT+8 timezone.

Please help!
