[Shake-dev] Convert intensities to PGM/PSA without Intensities in *_dat.xml file

Hi ,
I just put my pga,pgv in *_dat.xml file,and  $net->id equals none of the four netid like CIIM,DYFI etc.At this moment,the variables like
@$ions,@$ilats should be empty,and how does grind convert intensities to PGM/PSA  withou my giving intensities? It seems that grind will use Wald99.pm (if i use it ) to do that,am i right? i was confused about it!
