[Shake-dev] execute the command "svn info"

Hi,

You are using the wrong SVN repository. The correct repository is:

https://vault.gps.caltech.edu/repos/products/shakemap/tags/release-3.5/

You should do your SVN checkout from this repository (no user ID or  
password should be required) and redo your installation procedure. The  
repository you are currently using is quite old and many things have  
changed since then. The repository above is updated regularly, and the  
problem you are encountering has been fixed there.
