[Pdl] Upcoming changes to PDL

Has this change occurred?  Please advise on the instructions to maintain PDL link to continue to receive arc messages w/o loss if this aspect will be affected.

Hello,

We are in the process of migrating ComCat and the Catalog PDL hubs into the AWS Cloud this month, which will require changes for any users sending historic information (for events older than 30 days).

On or around 2020-11-11, we will temporarily turn off the Catalog hubs while be begin migrating data.  Additional details will be sent to this list with instructions for users to update and reconfigure clients.
