[Pdl] Upcoming USGS Realtime Earthquake PDL hub changes

This email is to announce upcoming changes to the USGS Realtime Earthquake
PDL hubs.

We will be replacing the existing USGS Realtime Earthquake PDL hubs.
This change does not affect USGS Catalog Earthquake PDL hubs which have
already been upgraded.
All USGS Realtime Earthquake PDL hub users (both send and receive) will
need to update their configuration.


January 3, 2017 - clients start transition to new hubs.
New PDL hub names will be announced by email.

February 1, 2017 - senders start transition to new hubs.
Clients that have not yet reconfigured to use the new hubs may not receive
all earthquake products after this date.

March 1, 2017 - old hubs removed.
