Hello,

A new version of PDL has been released.  You can view a list of changes

Any users sending Quakeml using the EIDSInputWedge should update to this
latest version.  *Please note that the default behavior when sending
phase-data products has changed:* users should add the argument
"--sendMechanismWhenPhasesExist" to continue sending focal-mechanism,
moment-tensor, or broadband-depth products when sending phase-data
products.  This was changed to be consistent with the behavior of the
argument "--sendOriginWhenPhasesExist".
