</blockquote><br><div>Any users sending Quakeml using the EIDSInputWedge should update to this latest version.  <b>Please note that the default behavior when sending phase-data products has changed:</b> users should add the argument "--sendMechanismWhenPhasesExist" to continue sending focal-mechanism, moment-tensor, or broadband-depth products when sending phase-data products.  This was changed to be consistent with the behavior of the argument "--sendOriginWhenPhasesExist".</div>
