[Pdl] PDL 1.8.2

Hello,

PDL v1.8.2 was released September, 26, 2013, and includes bug fixes for
conversion from Quakeml and EQXML to CUBE formats.  You can view the change
log here:

All users using PDL to output CUBE format messages should update to the
latest version to avoid any data interruption.

To update:

- stop the PDL client
- download an updated ProductClient.jar file from
http://ehppdl1.cr.usgs.gov/ProductClient/ProductClient.jar
- start the PDL client
