[Pdl] DFC DMZ outage this weekend

Hello,

The DFC is upgrading to IPv6 this weekend, so the DFC DMZ is expected to be out between 8:00-8:30am mountain time.  PDL and EIDS clients should automatically fail over to alternate servers and no interruption of data is expected.

After this outage, you may want to restart any clients (data providers should be unaffected) so they reconnect to the primary server.
