[Pdl] event page delays and scitech-link products

Hello,

The new event pages were lagging behind real-time earlier today.  Everything should be caught up and working normally.


A large number of scitech-link products were generated earlier today by a software bug.  To speed recovery for clients the products have been removed from the hubs, which may lead to log messages similar to:
WARNING	thread=26	[receiver_pdl] exception while retrieving product, file not found
WARNING	thread=26	[indexer] retrieved product null, notification id=urn:usgs-product:nc:scitech-link:nc71810586-ncfmt6361:1341511470000

These log messages can safely be ignored for nc scitech-link products with a code starting with "nc71810586-ncfmt".
