TUC(2022-09-13): spikes on deltaF at 21:46 and 22:21 UT

BSL(2022-09-14): F and deltaF down

HON(2022-09-14): down

Dist(2022-09-14): DED, HON and KAK down
Dst(2022-09-14): USGS DST and DST-3 down
