SHU(2022-09-13): offset on H and Z, with small data gap

FRD(2022-09-13): spike on F and deltaF at 06:12 UT

TUC(2022-09-12): disturbance on F and deltaF from 20:29 - 23:35 UT

BSL(2022-09-13): F and deltaF down

HON(2022-09-13): down

Dist(2022-09-13): HON and KAK dist down
Dst(2022-09-13): USGS DST and DST-3 down.
