The following issues were noted earlier today:

BRW(2021-11-02): There is a spike in E, producing a Delta F spike at 11:58.

GUA(2021-11-01): Large offset starting at 22:05, due to construction.
GUA(2021-11-02): Construction offset and disturbance ends about 05:50

SIT(2021-11-02): Still down. Repairs underway.

SJG(2021-11-02): There is a F and Delta F spike at 04:33.

Dst(2021-11-02): The Guam disturbances are visible in Dst-3.
