BOU E-Field(2021-12-10): Okay

DED(2021-12-10): Outside temperature probe down.

FRN(2021-12-10): Outside temperature probe down.

GUA(2021-12-10): Guam still no data.

Dst(2021-12-10): Dst-3 blank due to GUA down.
