The following issues were noted earlier today:

BOU E-Field(2021-12-09): OK

GUA(2021-12-09): Guam still down. I last spoke with Kat Tuesday morning his time.  He visited the site and made sure the cell modem device had a signal.

Dst(2021-12-09): Dst-3 still blank due to the lack of data from Guam.
