The following issues were noted this morning:

*Boulder E-Field* - (2/20/2019): Down.  Brendan cannot connect to the
system.  It will probably need a manual restart.

*Stennis* - (2/20/2019): No GOES.  I need to coordinate with Taylor to get
this resolved.

*Deadhorse* - (2/20/2019): F and Delta F spikes at 01:44 and 09:35

*Fredericksburg* - (2/20/2019): Z and Delta F spikes, 13:27 to 16:28

*Guam* - (2/20/2019): No connection, status unknown

*Honolulu* - (2/20/2019): No GOES.

*Newport* - (2/20/2019): F appears to be working this morning.  Thank you

*San Juan* - (2/20/2019): GOES Down.  Display computer needs proper setup
files.  I will be taking care of this shortly.

*Dist* - (2/20/2019): None

*SQ* - (2/20/2019): None

*SV* - (2/20/2019): None

*Dst* - (2/20/2019): None
