*Boulder E-Field* - (2/19/2019): Down.  Brendan cannot connect to the
system.  It will probably need a manual restart.

*Stennis* - (2/19/2019): No GOES.  Waiting for next attempt to repair.

*Fredericksburg* - (2/19/2019): Z and Delta F spikes, 13:16 to 21, 13:46,
and 14:07

*Fresno* - (2/19/2019): Heat is not working since Friday

*Guam* - (2/19/2019): No connection, status unknown

*Honolulu* - (2/19/2019): No GOES.

*Newport* - (2/19/2019): No F. A replacement GSM-19 has been sent.

*San Juan* - (2/19/2019): GOES Down.  Cannot connect to the Display PC

*Sitka* - (2/19/2019): Restarted GOES

*Dist* - (2/19/2019): None

*SQ* - (2/19/2019): None

*SV* - (2/19/2019): None

*Dst* - (2/19/2019): None
