The following issues were noted this morning:

*Boulder E-Field* - (11/30/2018): OK

*Stennis* - (11/30/2018): No GOES transmissions.  Taylor will be working on
this next week.

*Deadhorse* - (11/30/2018): F and Delta F spike at 05:35 and 13:23.

*Honolulu* - (11/30/2018): Intermittent dropouts of less than 5 minute
duration

*San Juan* - (11/30/2018): No GOES Transmissions

*Dst* - (11/30/2018): There is the usual 0 UT offset due to Kakioka and
another offset at Hermanus, 09:30 to 09:39.
