The following issues were noted this morning:

*Boulder E-Field* - (11/29/2018): OK

*Deadhorse* - (11/28/2018): small offset 19:45 to 12:50
***** - (11/29/2018): F and Delta-F spike at 06:19

*Deadhorse Test* - (11/29/2018): Still down

*Fredericksburg* - (11/29/2018): F and Delta F spike 14:53 to 14:55 of
unknown origin

*Guam* - (11/29/2018): There was scheduled grounds maintenance 01:00 to
01:30

*Honolulu* - (11/29/2018): Intermittent dropouts of less than 5 minute
duration

*San Juan* - (11/29/2018): Disturbance 15:09 to 16:15. No GOES
transmissions.

*Stennis* - No GOES transmissions, but it is being worked on today.

*Tucson* - (11/29/2018): No connection with Tucson since 16:47.  We do
appear to have data coming in through GOES.

*Dst* - (11/29/2018): There is the usual 0 UT offset due to Kakioka.
