[EHP-software] QDDS no longer available after September 8th, 2010

Hello,

The Earthquake Information Distribution System (EIDS) replaces the  
Quake Data Distribution System (QDDS).  All data providers have  
transitioned and both systems currently provide equivalent information.

As of Wednesday, September 8th, we will begin turning off QDDS.  If  
you have not already switched to EIDS, please start now:
	http://earthquake.usgs.gov/research/software/eids/
