[ANSS-netops] Cell modem?

Hi Jim,

The NCSN has a few RT-130's with 6 channels at 100sps deployed with Raven
modems.  Using CO compression, we average 2-2.2 GB/mo, so plenty of
headroom within the "5GB" plan.  This is on Verizon.
