[ANSS-netops] Best Practical "Request Tracker (RT) Job Tickets

Hi Mitch,

We recently installed the RT software and I ran into some issues with 
missing items as well. Victor then took over and he used successfully got 
ours up and running using yum and an earlier release.

I am cc'ing him so that he has anything more specific that he can share 
with you.
