[ANSS-netops] dc to dc converter for hughes

Hi Greg

Thanks for your response. After I sent the message I received an answer from
Hughes and they will supply the DC/DC. We usually build our power supplies
but this time it is more shipper and faster to buy from Hughes. We have
already one and it is working good. They are less expensive than build a new
one. Also we can not modify Hughes equipment because we are not certify by
them this means that we need to use their service to comply with their
warranty.
