[ANSS-netops] rtpd max clients [Memphis]

Thanks to all those who responded and to those who are still thinking about
it.  Just to be clear, we're not having problems.  Rather I'm trying to
learn from the experience of others as we plan for the future.  What I've
learned so far is very useful.
