[ANSS-netops] experience with rt130 ethernet

hi Mitch

We, at PRSN have some RefTek 130's connected directly to the public internet
and they are working properly. They have static IP's assigned. Behind
firewalls I can only see them from our office but not from out side just
because network manager don't like to open their systems but they work ok.
