[ANSS-netops] Q330S power and coms

Not only does the Q330S not have a serial port.
(Well it really does, the console port is serial and technically the  
two ethernet ports are serial)
The Q330S does not have a dedicated power connector either.
The power is provided through the Q-Net connection.
In past Passcal installations, an octopus looking cable was provided  
for the connections to the original Q330.

The Q330S cabling can be much cleaner and simpler.
Use the Q-Net connector only for power .
Use the Baler port for Ethernet through an 8 pin modular jack  
(commonly called an RJ45).

This hardware configuration is simple and clean. However, some small  
additional software setup is required to make it work.
