Nathan,

Thanks for your add on as it truly is a total fix for the 
problem.   As we all know when all components of a system are 
grounded to a central point they all rise and fall in potential 
together and eliminates or minimizes damage.

The more we hear about grounding solutions should make all aware of 
its definite benefits.

Thanks again for your input to the digest; this is really important 
to optimizing the performance of the Networks.
