[Realtime-feed-users] use of minmag in FDSNWS request yields unexpected result

Hello Peter,

API responses are cached for 15 minutes, which is why it took several
minutes before a new earthquake appeared. For near-real time information
we provide realtime feeds which use the same output formats as the API, but
are cached for shorter intervals and are limited to specific age and
magnitude combinations.

The CSV feeds on this page are only cached for 5 minutes:

http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/feed/v1.0/csv.php

The GeoJSON feeds on this page are only cached for 1 minute:

http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/feed/v1.0/geojson.php

Thanks,

Jeremy
