Dear Shakemap Users,
In 2012, I have installed and configured a shakemap system and this was working fine and producing useful shakemaps which presented maps according the ground motion produced for earthquakes. Unfortunately, the server in which shakemap was running failed. However, I could obtain a copy of the working folder and the source files.
With the copied directory, I have reinstalled the OS in the server (Fedora) and recompiled shakemap. I tested it with a new event and there is a problem; the map shows the intensity registered in the stations as isolated areas and in the remaining area, the map just presents a white part. I have attached an image in which you can  see the problem. There is also one additional image, that was created without stations' data, as a scenario, where it is possible to see the theorical ground motion.

>From 2012 to the present, the main change is the increment of the number of stations (in real-time and new deployments); there are about 10 additional stations in different parts of Costa Rica.
What could it be the problem?

Thanks in advance for your help.
Best regards,
-Billy
