[Shake-dev] ShakeMap Update r1394

Hi All,

There is a new version of the ShakeMap software in the repository. It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you update to this version as it fixes some significant bugs and adds important new products. You may wish to rerun your events, especially if you are using the L1 norm for the bias and noticed any issues with it. This release should be a fairly simple upgrade since it doesn't require any new Perl modules. The release notes and change log are attached. As always, let me know if you run into any problems.
