[Shake-dev] mapping program hangs then GMT Fatal Error

Hi all:
I have some good news.
Somehow the default in GMT4param.txt was accidentally set to
GMT_sharedlib=n (Paul has fixed this). Changing this to enabled solved the
problem. I am now running the latest version of ShakeMap along with GMT
version 4.5.13 on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
