There is a bug in grind, introduced at r1190 that sometimes causes the MMI bias calculation to bail out prematurely leaving the bias at 0. It is fixed in this minor release. If you are already at r1240, this update should be trivial -- "svn update" and "make". If you are at a rev earlier than r1190, you don't need this fix, but are likely thinking about upgrading. Please see the announcement I sent out for r1240 for complete upgrade instructions, and just use r1260 rather than r1240.
