[Shake-dev] scwfparams output for shakemap

Hi Mustafa,

the xml output of the seiscomp3 module scwfparam is supposed to be the input to USGS-style ShakeMaps,
that is therefore supposed to be its natural “visualisation" tool. Do I understand your question correctly or are you rather 
looking for a good xml reader / editor like e.g. Oxygen?
