[Shake-dev] ShakeMap Update r687

Hello all,

There is a new release of the ShakeMap software availalbe. It adds some new products, greatly improves/fixes the KML for Google Earth, and makes a lot of bug fixes -- some of which are important to the accuracy and stability of ShakeMap.

U.S. regional seismic networks: Even if you are not going to install this release immediately, please see the (attached) release notes. You will likely need to change your configuration as described, regardless of whether or not you install this update.

Release/install notes and  change log are attached. Let me know if you run into problems.
