[Shake-dev] mapping administrative boundaries

Hi Sara,

Assuming that GMT doesn't have the the boundaries you want in pscoast, you can add any features you want with the psxy_addon and pstext_addon parameters. See mapping.conf for an explanation on how to use these parameters.
