Hi Natasha,
You can use the -lonspan flag to 'grind' to set the width of the map. The height of the map will scale with whatever you have the lat/lon ratio set at, but you can override that with -latspan or -llratio. Use 'grind -help' to see how these options work. Any of these can also be set in grind.conf if you want them to apply to all maps.
