[Shake-dev] ShakeMap Update r620

Hi all,

There is a new update to ShakeMap available. Please see the attached document (Update r620.pdf) for installation instructions and a discussion of the significant changes. I've also attached the svn change log, and the text of the email announcing the previous revision (r522) for those who may be a rev behind.

The update process now includes the revision number, which should make it easier to control what code you are running. The revision number is available in a file <shake_home>/lib/shakemap.revision. The revision number is also included in the info.xml file for each event run, so it is possible now to know what version of the code processed each event.
