[Shake-dev] Not a supported grids

Hi Bruce,
My operating system is Ubuntu. I did what you recommended and it works very
well! :-)
Everyone who have problems with the instalation of ShakeMap should try this
because is simpler, much more quick, and is a portable way to use ShakeMap!
