[Shake-dev] Errors with grind

What operating system are you using?
What version of GMT are you using?
How did you install NetCDF, GMT, and your compiler?
NetCDF, GMT, and ShakeMap must all be compiled with the same compiler.
I don't understand your first paragraph. Did the example data work with -qtm using the supplied usgs_cgs_geology_60s.grd? What do you mean you got the data with "your data"? Do you mean you Vs30 data, or station data?
