[Shake-dev] shakemap topography

Lijam makes a good point -- strictbound works if you always want your map to cover the same area.

If your topo covers the exact same area as your Vs30 grid, you can also use the grind option -boundcheck to keep the map within the area of the topo/Vs30 file.
