[Shake-dev] Another update

Hello again,

There is a new update in the repository that does two things:

1) There was a problem with the new directivity.c program on some systems, resulting in complaints about the symbol '_start'. This has been fixed.

2) I have added the capability to use a much wider range of dates in the maps. The current limit is years from 1902 to 2038. The new code should allow dates from the current date +/- approximately 142 million years. To use the new code you will need: a) a 64-bit system, and b) the Perl module Time::y2038. Note that Time::y2038 has quite a number of dependencies, so it is not a trivial install. Once you have the module installed, you should be able to use years outside the 1902-2038 range. If you do not install the module, ShakeMap should continue to work as before. Please let me know if you encounter any problems. If you install Time::y2038 and get unexpected results, move (or change the name of) y2038.pm so that the ShakeMap modules won't find it.

Bruce
