[Shake-dev] ShakeMap Update

Hi Folks,

In a previous update to make ShakeMap handle dates earlier than 1961,  
I introduced a bug that prevents earthquakes from appearing in the  
archive lists of the web pages. I have fixed the bug and updated the  
repository. Any users who have already downloaded the previous update  
should make sure to get this latest update immediately ('svn update'  
and 'make'). If you have run any events with the previously updated  
code, you'll want to re-run genex on your most recent event, and then  
transfer it to the web.
