[Shake-dev] problem with grind

Hi Sergio,

I'm sorry, this hasn't been clear for a number of new users. The  
current version of ShakeMap does not work with GMT 4.5.2 or 4.5.3. The  
GMT developers often make changes that break existing code, and it  
takes us a while to catch up. Fixing the problem is high on my to-do  
list. I've just updated the software guide to reflect the problems. In  
the meantime, you'll need to downgrade to GMT 4.5.0 or 4.4.X.
