[Shake-dev] V3.5 some -basement related bugs for grind and a few fixes

I think these changes are needed in grind to be able to use the -basement 
flag:

    sub configure() -> basin_module is missing.
    sub basin_file() -> replace stavel_file with basin_file.

After these changes, if I actually put

basin_module : Field2000

in grind.conf,

it still doesn't work. However, because it is the default, I can just not 
put it in, in which case it seems to work.
